There are more job openings in the United States than there are hires right now so to ensure you get your next great hire to help you move your business forward, you need to improve your recruiting strategy.
A few important things to keep in mind.
First, make sure you know where you are going in 2017. Have clear goals, especially when recruiting new candidates. Know how your new hires will contribute to your organization’s success and move your company forward.
