Responsible for processing the company payroll comprising of 500 plus employees, time & attendance, and various human resources functions. The job includes performance of the entire payroll cycle, preparation of management reporting, government reporting and managing the department's record and retention program. Responsible for the enrollment and reconciliation of assigned benefit programs. The role access to confidential company records, employee files and some strategic plans. Duties require contact with employees at all levels, vendors, peers at other companies and in other industries, examiners and auditors. Work is performed in keeping with applicable laws and regulations.
