Position Title : Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Reports to: : President
Plan and direct development of strategic, tactical planning and implement business program which will maintain and improve the acceptance of products and Services. Managing and maximizing the sales potential of worldwide distributor network &
regional consultants and be responsible for International and domestic sales, product management, sales administration and customer service.
Manage International Sales Managers and Regional Consultants to maximize sales in international and domestic markets
Develops cohesive sales & marketing strategies for product expand global distribution network by adding new distributors and proactively support existing distributors.
In conjunction with Marketing, identify territories with the highest growth potential.
Create and execute sales strategy for target markets.
Identify appropriate distributors in target territories Negotiate Distributor Agreements.
Inspire and support the International Sales Manager & distributors teams in creating, implementing and evaluating country market plans, including product launches, pricing,
positioning, research etc to achieve sales growth and market share goals.
Ensure effective training is delivered to distributors and inform Marketing and Technical Support of training needs.
Consistently delivers on commitments. Demonstrates ownership of results within (and beyond) area of responsibility.
Set clear and high expectations and holds self and other accountable for decision and results achieved.
Develops contingency plans and meet challenges to execute business and action plans.
Translate broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
Provide market feedback and working closely with Tech Support, R & D and manufacturing.
Analyze market research to assess customer needs and develop new approaches to meeting customer needs.
The incumbent must have complete understanding of the IVD Market including the customers and products. He/she works closely across functional and geographic boundaries to achieve business goals. Builds and maintains strong relationships with team members, other functions, strategic partners/distributors and customers. The incumbent works cooperatively with others in order to meet company’s goals. Degree with science or business is a must, advanced degree in business or related discipline is preferable. Over 10 years related experience in sales and marketing experience including business planning, product management in managing product life cycles across the marketing mix. Success in bringing new product launches through a
recognized PDP process. The incumbent creates energy, excitement and personal investment in others. Creates an
environment that encourages continuous improvement, innovation and appropriate risk taking. Adapts to and/or drives positive change.

The incumbent faces many market dynamics challenges and should have advanced problem solving skills. A specific problem in a market is to counter competition in tender
requirement condition – The incumbent should resolve these using products key features to satisfy the tender requirement.
