Position Scope:
The Manager Talent Acquisition has primary responsibility for managing full cycle talent acquisition. In collaboration with the VP Human Resources, this person will have responsibility for identifying needs, designing and implementing all programs to meet the human capital requirements of the Company. The Manager  of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and processes that attract and retain top level, quality talent. This person will also be responsible for the development and management of metrics and processes to define and determine the success of hires within the organization and ensure top talent is identified, hired and on boarded appropriately. This role will also works cross functionally as assigned on projects key to the growth and success of the Company. Most importantly, this key position will focus on sourcing, attracting, assessing and the hiring of top talent for all roles within the company from entry level to senior management.
Strategic Focus Areas:
Develop and implement strategy, tactics and plans to attract top talent; apply same level of activity to retention of key talent
Maintain and improve programs and materials which support the firm branding efforts
Participate in projects and activities which support the growth efforts of the Company
Maintain cost discipline within assigned programs

Specific Tactical Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the company. staffing requirements, to include position descriptions, requisition process, sourcing decisions, postings, screening activities, interview process, reference checking process, salary, and offer process
Develop robust candidate pool through professional social media sources, employee referrals, professional societies, job postings, campus, contingency and retained agency search
Responsible for direct sourcing of passive candidates via various resources such as LinkedIn and other sources
Develop and maintain talent acquisition metrics and prepare reports as required
Participate in the requisition and acquisition of the temporary/contract workforce to include qualification, cost structure and internal reporting/tracking requirements and the hiring and onboarding
Responsible to maintain accurate information for HR portions of the company website regarding staffing
Design and delivery of selected employee communications vehicles to attract top candidates
Within time and priority constraints, may perform training assessments and design programs using internal and external resources; may prepare and deliver training programs related to staffing
Participation in campus recruitment efforts (co-op and college hiring)
Participate in other projects as assigned
