One thing is clear as we head into 2017; hiring is strong. And the U.S. Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey from the Bureau of Labor Statistics confirms another fact. There are more job openings in the United States than there are hires right now so to ensure you get your next great hire to help you move your business forward, you need to improve your recruiting strategy.
A few important things to keep in mind.
First, make sure you know where you are going in 2017. Have clear goals, especially when recruiting new candidates. Know how your new hires will contribute to your organization’s success and move your company forward.
