Description

Our client has an immediate opening for an Administrative Coordinator. This role will support daily operations by managing front desk activities, coordinating with various divisions, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate divisions
  • Greet and assist residents, contractors, and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or resources
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory for department operations
  • Create and issue new employee and contractor identification cards in accordance with department protocols
  • Maintain visitor logs, supply records, and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with other divisions to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative experience or training preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Office-based role with frequent interaction with the public and staff members
  • Follow standard working hours with occasional flexibility based on department needs
