Description
Our client company, a global leader in medical and safety technology, has an immediate opening for a Compensation Analyst. This role will be responsible for developing and managing compensation structures, ensuring compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations, and supporting an overall compensation strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of annual compensation programs, including the annual merit review, bonus, and growth promotion programs
- Responsible for all external market processes, programs, and platforms
- Review and interpret results, identifying labor market trends and areas of additional focus in support of compensation programs
- Manage relationship with vendors from various surveys and platforms (eg AON, Mercer, PayScale), engaging with management, legal, and accounts payable as needed
- Maintain familiarity with market offerings to ensure selected vendors are best-suited to fit the organization’s current and future needs and recommend changes to vendors as necessary
- Manage salary and job structures
- Coordinate with HRIS and HR Business Partners to ensure deployment of changes
- Conduct job reviews and projects of various scopes to assess competitive positioning and internal equity
- Monitor changes to relevant laws and regulations to ensure the organization is
compliant with all requirements - Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related area of education required
- 5+ years of compensation experience including deployment of a wide range for compensation process, evaluation methods, and project management
- Demonstrated capability to deliver compensation programs according to plans while engaging others on the HR team
- Expert level of proficiency in using desktop applications (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project)
- Experience with using HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of other applications such as Power BI and MS Access
