Description

Our client, a purveyor of childhood instructional programs, is hiring multiple Customer Service professionals to assist during their busy summer season on a contract basis! In this role, you will focus on providing customer satisfaction and supporting departmental goals by accurately processing and responding to customer requests in a professional and supportive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain familiarity with various course offerings and products
  • Perform order and registration processing, product information delivery, course enrollment creation, and customer follow up
  • Provide departmental and receptionist coverage as needed
  • Assist with mail process including the opening, sorting, and distribution of mail
  • Assist in other departments as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and professional presentation
  • Flexible and able to assist where needed
  • High degree of comfort with desktop computer functions
  • Basic Internet navigation skills
  • Ability to research customer records in various applications and report on specific details as requested
  • Ability to shift priorities and adapt to high activity environment
