Our client, a reputable and growing Global Pharmaceutical company, has an immediate opening for a Senior Director, Global HR Operations. This hybrid role will oversee HR functions across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives and regional cultural nuances
  • Standardize and implement HR policies, processes, and programs across all regions
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional HR teams, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance
  • Collaborate with senior management to foster employee engagement and drive talent management initiatives
  • Lead organizational development and global change management efforts
  • Oversee global programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR-related risk mitigation
  • Monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive effectiveness
  • Manage global HR projects, including system implementations and process harmonization
  • Provide expertise on employee relations, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring competitiveness and compliance globally
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellness across regions
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure quality HR service delivery

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role with oversight across multiple countries
  • Expertise in global HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural teams and foster global collaboration
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to align HR with business objectives
  • Successful track record in designing and implementing talent and performance management initiatives
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, analytics tools, and MS Office applications for data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality in handling employee information
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus
