Two articles caught our attention recently that pertain to our growing job market. The first was in regards to trends in life sciences salaries.
In a recent report we see that salaries for those in the Life Sciences industry have increased slightly over last year. The survey conducted by “The Scientist” indicated that some of the highest paying sectors right now include discovery, drug development and biotechnology. The survey has a wealth of information including “Industry Vs. Academia”, “Age and Experience” and the salary trends between the US, Canada and Europe.

This week we also saw an article on how certain industries are using robots to perform various tasks. From cleaning hotel rooms, replacing wait staff and other more challenging roles in manufacturing and technology. Don’t worry; we think humans still have an advantage over robots.
