Ron Taupier joins King & Bishop as the Managing Director for People Vantage Legal (PV Legal), a division of King & Bishop. He has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry and has successfully executed permanent, interim, and contract-to-hire legal searches for a variety of Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 200 firms. Ron earned his MBA with high distinction from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
Previously, Ron led the Boston office for a prominent international legal search firm. He placed over 100 contract and permanent legal professionals in seven years. Ron also led a corporate talent attraction team at Amazon prior to joining King & Bishop. Over his 20-year career in staffing and recruiting at the Allegis Group, he held various regional leadership roles and was recognized for his quality placements and professionalism. He is an avid golfer, snowboarder, motorcyclist, and reader, and enjoys spending time with his two teenagers and family.
