Susan Stander joined King & Bishop as Sr. Consultant, Executive Services in September 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in Global Human Resources. With a strong background in the Medical Device industry, Susan has worked with leading companies such as Abbott, Thoratec Corporation, and Thermo Electron (now Thermo Fisher Scientific). Her expertise spans Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, Mergers and Acquisitions, Total Compensation, Strategic Planning, and Training & Development. As an experienced Human Resource Business Partner, she partnered with all areas and levels of the business to effectively manage domestic and global HR initiatives.
At King & Bishop, Susan focuses on business development, fostering new and existing relationships to create business opportunities across the company’s various units. She is passionate about leveraging her extensive corporate experience to drive growth and success.
Susan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College. Susan is also an active member of the Woburn Friends of VNA Hospice & Palliative Care Organization.
